Drugged meat is an item from the Unstable Foundations tutorial quest. It is used to make the Dragon fall asleep.
It is laced with a sleeping potion, and although it has an eat option, the meat cannot be consumed by the player.
The only action that can be performed with this item is to place it in one of the three Dragon's food bowls. Attempts to eat this as food or to drop it will result in Sir Vant giving a speech to the player on the danger of eating it or the purpose of the meat.
