Earth spikes are summoned by K'ril Tsutsaroth when he uses one of his special attacks where he smashes his blade into the ground while battling him during hard mode. Any players standing on the spikes' tile will suffer from rapid unblockable damage, thus it is advised to stay away from them. However, if K'ril stands on the spikes, he will take very low but rapid damage until they disappear.
They disappear after 10 seconds has passed.
