Earth tiaras are used for crafting Earth runes from rune essence. Wearing an Earth Tiara allows the player to enter the Earth altar just as an Earth talisman does. Since the tiara is worn, not carried in the inventory, the player is able to take 28 rune essence instead of 27. An Earth tiara is the same as an earth talisman except that it cannot locate the Earth altar. It has no combat bonuses.
An Earth Tiara can be made by using a tiara on the Earth altar with an earth talisman in inventory. Doing so gives 32.5 Runecrafting experience.
An earth tiara must be created to complete one of the Varrock Tasks.
The Earth tiara can be used on the wicked hood, giving the hood two free teleports to the earth altar, and 100 free earth runes every day. This will consume the tiara.
