The Easter Bunny is one of the most famous NPCs in the game. He is responsible for giving away the Easter items around the holiday of Easter. The Easter Bunny first appeared on RuneScape during the 2005 Easter event. He has appeared in every Easter Event since. In the 2009 Easter event, he was revealed to be a rabbit in a suit much to the players shock.

Also in the 2009 event was revealed he has a son (Easter Bunny Jr). Initially he was very lazy, but after the player got the machines running again, he wanted to take over his father's job, so the Easter Bunny could retire. In the 2010 Easter Event players could meet him once again in his new factory. As expected, he needs a lot of help.
