An Elite Lumbridge guardsman is a member of the Lumbridge Guardsmen found east of the River Lum in Lumbridge. He was hired using Duke Horacio's treasury in order to defend Lumbridge from the battle between Saradomin and Zamorak. Like the other guards, he received rune equipment and improved training from the Combat Academy.
