The Elite Robin Hood hat is created by using 1 Golden thread on a Robin Hood hat. This will consume the Golden Thread without a confirmation dialogue and is not reversible.
The elite version shares the same model like the standard Robin Hood hat, but it has a subtle golden trim along it's edge.

It has the same ranged bonus like the Pernix Cowl and a slightly higher armour rating due to it's higher tier, but it misses the +2 Prayer bonus and the 110 Life Points bonus in comparison to the cowl.
