An unstrung emerald amulet is the unstrung version of the regular emerald amulet. It is made by using a Gold bar on a furnace, while having a cut emerald and an amulet mould in your inventory or tool belt.

Level 31 Crafting is required to make one, yielding 70 experience. If this amulet is used with a ball of wool, it will form an un-enchanted emerald amulet, giving 4 Crafting experience. An un-enchanted amulet can be enchanted into an Amulet of defence. If this amulet is used with a magic string instead, it becomes a Pre-nature amulet. This amulet can then be enchanted into an Amulet of nature.

It cannot be used in any way before it is strung.

In P2P, Mummies in the Chaos Tunnels and in the ruins of Ullek drop these very often.
