The empty canopic jar is used in Dimension of Disaster: Curse of Arrav. It's given to you by Ernie after you fill up a strong cooking urn for him.
The player is to turn this into a prepared canopic jar by adding sacred oil, dwellberries and a ring of life to the jar in any order.
