Enchant Crossbow Bolt (Emerald) is a spell that can be used to enchant 10 emerald bolts into enchanted emerald bolts. These enchanted bolts have a 55% chance of triggering the Magical Poison effect, which poisons the target for 4% of the player's weapon damage.
Completing the Seers' Village Elite Tasks increases the chance to 7% that the special effect occurs.
