Enchant Crossbow Bolt (Opal) is a spell that can be used to enchant 10 opal bolts into enchanted opal bolts. These enchanted bolts have a 5% chance of triggering the Lucky Lightning effect, which deals 10% more damage to the target.
Completing the Seers' Village Elite Tasks increases the chance to 7% that the special effect occurs.
