Enchanted Buckets are buckets of water that have been enchanted by the Moon Clan to float around Lunar Isle. Unlike the Enchanted Brooms, who sweep the floors, the enchanted buckets don't seem to actually do anything useful, as they merely float around.
Like the brooms, they provide no function for players, and merely function as scenery.
