The enchanted egg is a quest item used to free the Lumbridge Sage in the Recipe for Disaster quest. It is one of the three ingredients of a cake of guidance, others being enchanted milk and enchanted flour. It is made from a regular egg during the quest, being enchanted with knowledge by the wizard Traiborn, who lives on the 2nd floor[UK] of the Wizards' Tower.
