The Enhanced fire cape is an override obtained by turning in all three TokHaar-Kal capes to TzHaar-Mej-Jeh. The capes are consumed once they are turned over to TzHaar-Mej-Jeh, and the process is irreversible. The override cannot be used to fight ice strykewyrms. Unlocking this override is a requirement for the master quest cape.
