An enlightened amulet is made by enchanting a topaz amulet with the Lvl-3 Enchant spell.
This amulet has a maximum of five charges, with a charge being consumed with each teleport. When the amulet runs out of charges, it degrades to dust. Teleports are available to the following three locations:
- The Nexus, at Lumbridge swamp.
- South of the Graveyard of Shadows, level 18 wilderness, a warning message will be prompted when attempting to teleport.
- Desert Bandit Camp entrance, north of the bandit camp.
Players can access the teleports by either rubbing it in their inventory or when equipped and selecting their destination from the option box which appears.
Even though these amulets do not display how many charges they have, enlightened amulets will only stack in the bank if they have the same charge.
