An enriched bright pool
An Enriched bright wisp is a tier 3 wisp harvested in the divination skill that spawns every 20 minutes from 30 seconds past the minute. For example spawn at 12:20:30, 12:40:30 and 1:00:30. Upon being harvested, it will transform into a bright spring from which Enriched bright memories and bright energy may be gathered. Having 1 collected memory will be absorbed towards the enriched source of energy, so it can prolong its duration.
