Destroys a piece of augmented equipment with gizmos installed and returns the gizmos.

The equipment dissolver is an Invention device that can be used on augmented items. Discovering this device requires level 16 Invention. Success in creating the blueprints earns 628 Invention experience.

When used, the item is destroyed and the gizmos it was holding are returned to backpack. The augmentor is not returned.
