Changes: Event card

An Event card is an item given out at certain Jagex Moderator Events. They can be obtained once a day, and can be exchanged for a Prismatic medium fallen star for 5 cards or a Prismatic large fallen star for 9 cards.

For reaching a certain number of cards, players are rewarded with the following when clicking "read":

Unlike the stars, these can only be obtained once.
