The everlasting gobstopper is a reward from the 2016 Easter event. You can receive this item by completing the event, then speaking to the Easter Bunny at the entrance. It can be licked an unlimited amount of times, with events at certain intervals.
Every 50 licks, your character will change into a colour for about one second.
