Extreme attack potions are made by players using the Herblore skill. It requires an Herblore level of 88 to make. When a player drinks the potion, they will get an Attack boost of 3 + 15% of their level, rounded down, for a maximum boost of 17 at an Attack level of 94 or higher.
A Super attack potion (3-dose) and a Clean avantoe are the ingredients required to create this potion. Making this potion will give 220 Herblore experience. The potion cannot be made with the assistance of others.
This potion, along with an Extreme strength, Extreme defence, Extreme ranging, and Extreme magic, can be used with a clean torstol at 96 Herblore to make an Overload potion.

Flask[]
This potion can be made into an Extreme attack flask by using at least six doses of it with a Potion flask. Since all untradeable potions must be made by the player, the flasks actually have the same level requirement as the potion itself. However, if the player boosted their Herblore level to attain the ability to create the potion, no subsequent boosts will be necessary to transfer the potion from vials to flask.
