A Fairy tooth farmer appears in a briefing cutscene in Fairy Tale III - Orks Rift while the Tooth Fairy explains how teeth can be used to make a clone of their original owner. The farmer is shown planting a tooth in a farming patch, causing Gnarly to grow in the patch and emerge, before proceeding to attack her.
