Faruq is a merchant in Al Kharid who runs a store, Faruq's Tools for Games. He sells tools useful for playing games within friends chat. These items are also used to help make decisions when in groups. None of the items he sells are available from the Grand Exchange. He is available to both free and pay-to-play players.
