The Femur bone is an item on the Odd Old Man's wishlist after the Fur 'n' Seek quest. It is a drop from General Graardor in God Wars Dungeon and Bork in the Chaos Tunnels. Acquiring this item can be difficult considering the fights with General Graardor and Bork.
If you're looking to kill Graardor whilst in a clan chat with the LootShare option on, you will be unsuccessful in your attempts, since the Femur bone is untradeable.
