The Festive Aura is an aura that will be released on 1 December 2012 that will have a large 50% boost to all experience gained and a wintery cosmetic effect. The effect will last 30 minutes with a recharge time confirmed to be 24 hours. The item will be the first free Aura available without needing Loyalty points to obtain. How the item will be distributed is not yet known.

Upon Re-release of Rune Mysteries and Rune Memories an update spoiler was mistakenly released to the public revealing information about the Aura. It is speculated that this was meant to be released the day after, as the content is currently not yet available in game. Like all auras currently in game the Festive Aura will be Members only.
