Examine	A Penance fighter hat.

The fighter hat is a piece of melee PvP armour which requires 40 Defence and 50 Strength to wear. The hat can only be obtained by exchanging 275 Honour Points (and one Penance Queen kill) in each role from the Barbarian Assault minigame.

The hat is part of the penance set, which restores prayer over time (30 points per minute) when the full set (fighter torso, penance skirt, runner boots, penance gloves, and any penance hat) is worn.

The fighter hat can be upgraded to a hardened fighter hat using a barbarian assault armour patch.
