A rune sword design is an item required to make rune ceremonial swords in the Artisans Workshop. They require 18 Runite ores and 144 Coal to be made. These ores should then be deposited in the smelter, and smelted to a ingot. This ingot can then be used on the furnaces next to the anvils to get a rune ingot (heated). This heated ingot can then be used on the anvil, and hammered to the correct shape, to make a Ceremonial sword. After making the sword take it to Abel and Egil to let them rate it. This rating determines how much experience you will get, which is the only reward for this performance.
