Mental Health Awareness Week was a time-limited charity event, released on 14 May 2018. In this event, the player gathered charity tokens for Kat, Zoed, and Lau'Ra, found north of the Lumbridge Crater. The event lasted until 23:59 UTC on 20 May 2018.

Each time the player logged in during the event, they were be greeted with the following announcement:

  • Head over to Lumbridge now in order to assist the charity representatives in Gielinor.
  • Representatives from CPSL Mind, The Prince's Trust and YMCA require your help - head to the north Lumbridge crater now!

Event noticeboards and the Events interface could be used to teleport to the north of the crater for the duration of the event.

Charity[]

All proceeds from purchasing the Defender of the Mind outfit, Defender of the Mind Cape, Warden of the Mind outfit, Warden of the Mind Cape, Angelic Inari pet and RuneCoins in the reward shop were donated to three charities to promote mental health awareness:

  • CPSL Mind
  • Prince's Trust
  • YMCA - England & Wales

Tokens[]

Tokens can be gained through any skilling activity at a rate of approximately 25 tokens for every three minutes. As long as players perform a task once every three minutes, they will receive this reward.
