Valkyrie's Return is a time-limited event appearing alongside the 2019 Winter event. Eir hopes to summon her Valkyrie companions to help in the battles ahead. Players can help Eir by gathering valkyrie feathers and returning them to her.
Valkyrie feathers can be obtained from skilling (20% bonus valkyrie feathers from Mining and Smithing), combat, daily challenges, and event currency packages. Additionally, players can receive up to 500 valkyrie feathers per day by killing Hati, Sköll, and Fenrir. Hati and Sköll give 150 valkyrie feathers each, while Fenrir gives 200 valkyrie feathers.
During the event, players are greeted with the following login announcement: Fenrir, Hati and Sköll have returned. Head down to Rellekka to assist the valkyries.
The 4 February 2019 patch notes added an additional login announcement: You can defeat the winter wolves daily for extra Valkyrie Feathers.
Event noticeboards and the event interface can be used to teleport to Eir for the duration of the event.
Rewards[]
The rewards are progressively unlocked by returning valkyrie feathers to Eir. After unlocking the final reward, players can convert additional valkyrie feathers into mystery boxes (500 valkyrie feathers) and big mystery boxes (1,000 valkyrie feathers).
