Purple partyhat is an item that can be found on the ground at various locations around Gielinor.
When the player attempts to pick one up, they receive a ring of rares instead accompanied with the message: You cast the partyhat aside and pick up a precious ring you find underneath it instead.
If the player already received the ring of rares then the following message is shown: You don't feel like picking it up.
