Mathew Hopscotch, known as the Botfinder General, was the judge of guilty bots at Botany Bay in charge of sentencing third-time-offending bot accounts to a player-decided doom. The only way to reach Botany Bay was to be teleported by the General's loyal Trial Announcers, who announced when a bot is held on trial. He gave players in Botany Bay choices on how the bot would be killed. The choices were: death by crushing; death by swallowing; and death by deity. After the bot account received its punishment from the general, it would be permanently banned.

Trivia[]

  • His name and occupation is a reference to the real-life Matthew Hopkins, who was an English witch hunter known as the Witchfinder General.
