The Tidal Staff is a cosmetic override for a two-handed Magic weapon that can be unlocked by redeeming a Hydro Token. The token is a possible reward from a summer piñata loot bag which can be obtained by breaking a personal summer piñata. The token can also be won on Treasure Hunter during the 2018 Summer Pinatas promotion.
