Preparation

Bring combat gear and food. Talk to Lookout Ekahi and select the miniquest option. You and your crew come to the conclusion that the strange creature on Goshima is part of Ekahi's curse, and Bosun Higgs tells you about your newest crew member, the cannon constructed during Damage Control, now named Vera. The plan is simple. Vera will blow a hole in The Harbinger, you will board, and capture Captain Cora.

Siege on The Harbinger

The fight with Cora at the helm of the Harbinger.

Fire Vera, the cannon, to board the ship while your crew tries to draw fire and not die. Go up the ladder, and kill the three zyclops cannoneers. Go up the next ladder and kill the six zombies. Go up more stairs, kill two skeletons. Go up more stairs, kill two zyclopes. Once the zyclopes are dead, Captain Cora will attack you. She uses magic and can also use abilities in combat. When you beat her, she tells you that Jiangshi on Goshima is her Khan. That what she was doing with The Harbinger was feeding her and keeping her contained. You learn that the "Khan" raised Cora as her own child because she was barren. You tell Cora that everyone on the island is dead, which she says that she must see for herself.

The death of a Khan

Cora kills her adoptive mother.

You should be on Goshima. Talk to Cora (she is with your crew). Lead her to the gates to the east, then to the druid colony to the south, then to her adoptive mother in the center of the island. After much conversation she realises that what she had done was wrong, and she releases her mother's spirit. Talk to Ekahi who thanks you for ridding him of his curse. Talk to Cora to complete the miniquest.
