The fire talisman is an item that allows players to enter the fire altar located northeast of Al Kharid. It can be combined with a tiara to make a fire tiara for 35 experience at the fire altar by using the tiara on the altar. This will make the talisman disappear, but the tiara can be used in the same way and can be worn. Both the tiara and the talisman allow players to use the Runecrafting skill.
This talisman can be used to create combination runes.
A fire talisman is the tertiary item used in creating a fire titan pouch.
The Fire talisman can be used on the wicked hood, giving the hood two free teleports to the fire altar, and 100 free fire runes every day. This will consume the talisman.
Players may receive fire talismans from opening a box of summoning ingredients, a possible reward from the Familiarisation Distraction and Diversion.
