Fire titan pouch is made by using a Summoning pouch on a Summoning obelisk with 198 spirit shards, a Blue charm and a fire talisman in the inventory, and 79 Summoning. Making the pouch earns 695.2 experience points. Using the pouch to summon a Fire titan gains 7.9 experience points, and costs 90 Summoning points.

Titan's constitution scroll enables the use of the Titan's Constitution special move for a Fire titan. Using the pouch on a Summoning obelisk creates 10 scrolls. This scroll can also be used for Moss titans and Ice titans.
Titan's Constitution[]
Titan's Constitution is the special move for fire, moss and ice titans. The special raises the player's Defence by 12.5% and restores 6% of their maximum life points. It can also temporarily overheal a player by as much health. The special move does not drain adrenaline when used.
As it is not a combat ability, Titan's Constitution cannot be stored for auto-casting.

- Fire Titans seem to like singing. This is revealed when a player talks to it, and it is constantly composing new songs.
- One of the dialogues has a reference to the song "Relight My Fire" by Take That.
- Another song contains the lines "It's raining flame/Huzzah!". This may be a parody of "It's Raining Men" by Weather Girls, in which the chorus lines go "It's raining men/Hallelujah!"
- The third conversation is a reference to the song "I'm Coming Out" by Diana Ross.
- Ice, moss and fire titans are one of only four summoning familiar groups with a shared scroll ability, the others being the Call to arms scroll, which is shared by the Void Torcher, the Void Shifter, the Void Ravager, and the Void Spinner; the Petrifying gaze scroll, which is shared by the Spirit Cockatrice, Spirit Saratrice, Spirit Zamatrice, Spirit Guthatrice, Spirit coraxatrice, Spirit pengatrice, and Spirit vulatrice; and the Bacon blast scroll, which is shared by the Spirit war pig, Spirit prayer pig, and Spirit pack pig.
