You can only access this piece of the set after the completion of The Firemaker's Curse. These are rewarded to players who earn around 615 points, though it has been obtained by those with under 350 points. Contrary to popular belief it can be earned in any circus activities and not just the firemaking ones. If players lose this item, they can talk to Balthazar Beauregard to obtain it. Similar to all other circus outfits, this item does not give any bonuses.
It is the first item in the Firemaker's costume to be earned.
