The Fishing tutor.
The Fishing tutor (real name Finlay) is a non-player character and one of the several tutors and guides in the game. He is found just south of Lumbridge, and is marked on the world map and minimap with the Tutor icon ((?)).
Players can find near Finlay a small fishing net lying on the ground. He will hand players a crayfish cage if they do not have one in their inventory or bank. He also provides Fishing advice to any player. Finlay gives jobs that consist of collecting raw and cooked fish, metal bars, and cowhides.
