Flesh-Spoiler Haasghenahk is a Stalker monster that can be found within Daemonheim while training the Dungeoneering skill. It is only encountered on an Occult floor from floor 42 to floor 47; thus, a minimum level of 83 Dungeoneering is required to encounter this monster.
Like Night-gazer Khighorahk, this boss has two forms. Its first form, which resembles a floating orb with multiple eyes and a huge tongue under its body, moves around the room. It attacks mainly with melee by blasting its main eyeball out of its socket and reloads by pushing its eyeball back with its tongue. Caution should be taken when it does its melee attack, because it is very accurate and has a high max hit. As its magic attacks, its main eye illuminates and its target is magically damaged with its light, and occasionally fires a green orb at a player. It seems to target one player with melee while using magic to damage the others. Higher level variants should be taken carefully; it seems that the unblockable damage and the extra damage gets higher per level.
When starting the fight with the boss, it seems to attach its tongue to the player, and attack with only strong magic attacks. Protecting from magic and moving seems to stop this, and make it use only melee against the target.
When the player kills the first form, Haasghenahk's body will explode, leaving behind its main eyeball to attack the player. Its combat level will also drop by 13-14 levels. Several Flesh-spoiler spawn will appear and attack. The spawns attack one player at a time and have high strength and accuracy, so players being targeted are heavily advised to use Protect from Melee to avoid being damaged too much and concentrate on killing the main boss. However, lower versions of Hassghenahk (like level 84), it is your pick to fight them if you want. Flesh-spoiler spawn, it hit successfully, can give XP points for the player to use, though not recommended at higher levels. Haasghenahk will stay in one place for the rest of the fight. In this second form it only uses a magic attack, which is fairly inaccurate.
The level 84/79 version spawns level 45 Flesh-spoiler spawn.
Optimal Strategy:
- Have the person who will tank run in and teleport out after the Flesh-spoiler notices them. This ensures only melee attacks against the tanker.
- Run back in for the real fight.
- The person who is tanking should turn on a melee protection prayer. The other players will receive little damage from the boss's magic attack, so they should turn off protection prayers and use stat-boosting prayers like piety/turmoil for a quick kill.
- When the first form dies, everyone should turn on a melee protection prayer.
- Kill the second form to win the fight.

Trivia
- The Flesh-spoiler's melee attack is one of the longest attack animations in RuneScape.
- It has the same sound effects as the other Stalkers when being dealt damage and dying.
- Due to a recent update, it is impossible to walk under the boss and not take damage.
- Haasghenakh's second form always seems to face south when it appears.
