Flickering energy is a type of energy associated with the Divination skill. It can be collected from Flickering wisps, located north of Falador, at level 10 of Divination. Each normal harvest gives 2 Divination experience, while the enriched version gives 4 experience. Flickering memories can be converted to Flickering energy for 1 experience, with the exact amount of energy per memory depending on your Divination level.
In return for completing the Divine Retribution achievement, Orla Fairweather will give you 500 Flickering energy (worth 104,000 coins).
