Flickering energy is a type of energy associated with the Divination skill. It can be collected from Flickering wisps randomly appearing during Dungeoneering with 10 Divination. Each harvest gives 2 Divination experience. Flickering memories can be converted to Flickering energy for 2 experience, with the exact amount of energy per memory depending on your Divination level. Unlike the surface counterparts, these cannot be traded to other players.
