Flickering memories are harvested from flickering wisps. They can be converted into flickering energy or experience. If it is converted to energy, then 1 experience is gained, and a variable amount of energy is received. If it is converted to experience without using energy, then 4 experience is gained. If it is converted to experience with energy, then 5 experience is gained. This requires 5 flickering energy per memory.
