A flickering wisp is a tier 2 wisp harvested in the divination skill. Upon being harvested, it will transform into a flickering spring from which flickering memories and flickering energy may be gathered. They are near the Guthix Tribute and Standing Stones.
Each harvest of a flickering wisp yields 2 divination experience, 4 if an enriched flickering memory is harvested.
