I realize that there is also a account age requirement present, but feel that it is still too easy to reach Rollback vs. Custodian. Rollback should be something earned with trust just like Custodian(though not as much as rollback). If I waited 30 days and then started editing, I would reach Rollback faster than Custodian.
Rollback reqs should be equal to or greater than Custodian reqs, in order to show a higher level of trust in the individual who has requested, and been given, the permissions.

Oppose - Rollback is just a tool that doesn't give you access to much, besides the ability to one-click revert a user's edits to another. User:TyA/sig 20:46, February 28, 2017 (UTC)
Oppose - I realized after communicating with other editors/community that Ty is correct. Custodian is much more dangerous, while Rollback is not as bad if you know to only use during obvious vandalism.
