Degenret put this on my talk page and proceeded to edit a few of my signatures. Since signature preferences remains the same across all of Wikia (not sure about Central), I can't use a signature template because there are no such templates on other wikis. You might consider revoking a rule which you're effectively trying to enforce across all of wikia, unless you're intentionally trying to prevent people from using any other Wikia-hosted wiki.
I'd also point out that signature templates were originally introduced to counter the exact problem discussed there. But it was for sixty-line signatures, not a single colour. JalYt-Xil-Vimescarrot 08:45, 27 July 2009 (UTC)
