The attending parties to the meeting were Mod Matthe and Mod Balance on the behalf of Jagex and for the wiki there was Cook Me Plox, Gaz Lloyd, Spineweilder, TyA and myself, Ryan PM.
''The removal of player editing to the Jagex Wiki brought this up in a recent email to Jagex from Mod Matthe:''<br/>

*'''Jagex authenticated accounts'''
'''"''I was about to email you on a similar matter though – we are excited about the greater flexibility this change gives us with regards to how we work together. As part of this therefore we're really keen to chat to yourselves about how we can better support you and work with your team much more closely.''"'''

**This appears to be done for at least a Community Manager for Block and Load [http://community.wikia.com/wiki/Special:Log/rights yesterday].

**The miscommunication to editing (Moltare) had been discussed and encouraging more editing from Jagex staff.
Hello, some of you may be aware that we've been attempting to set up a meeting with Jagex ever since the removal of player editing to the Jagex hosted wiki. The last time we've talked to Jagex through Skype was two years ago with Mod Lods at the helm. I've already asked some administrators on their thoughts and if they could attend.

  +
*'''Better access to APIs and additional APIs'''

  +
**Needs more input from the web team at Jagex.
To proceed with this meeting, what day, '''Tuesday through Friday (21-24 April)''', next week works best for those joining in the Skype meeting as well as what time is best. Note that it would be best within the span of '''10:00 UTC to 3:00 UTC'''. Since this meeting will be over Skype and that I would like to have three or four others with me in the conversation with Jagex. It would be best to have this answer in the next 24 hours to get back to Jagex on the time we would like this setup.

  +
*'''Databases'''

  +
**Requested access to an API that would list item names and examines for all items.
Now I understand that this may be a little out of the ordinary, using the Yew Grove to address a small section of users, but I want to get the community and editing base to know this is occurring and I would like their input into what should be brought up that during the meeting. I would like to know if at least the following users can attend the meeting:

  +
***Might contain information that could stall such an API.

  +
*'''Pre-screening content to an extent'''
#Cqm

  +
**It would be needed to be done within a reasonable time frame and come with an NDA.
#Gaz Lloyd

  +
**Not necessarily feasible every week and patches would not be something always given before release.
#Spineweilder

  +
**Treasure Hunter information would still be lock and key outside of the name of items and the images of them.
#TyA

  +
***Some things would be better left alone until the day of the update so that misinformation or the lack of information does not cause issues across sites like Reddit and Twitter.

  +
*'''Skill Theory Probabilities'''
Once the discussion ends, I plan on adding all relevant information where applicable which is most likely this thread. Cheers, {{Signatures/Ryan_PM}} 12:06, April 16, 2015 (UTC)

  +
**Potential for some of the oldest content like Woodcutting rates but not possible for upcoming or recent content.
  +
**Could make gaming less entertaining by knowing all the mechanics behind a piece of content.
  +
*'''Jagex Support'''
  +
**Jagex Ltd. has strong bonds with the executive team at Wikia Inc.
  +
**Be more open with Jagex in many aspects from the forums, to social media and email.
  +
**Community aspects and adding content from both developers and everyday readers.
  +
*'''Contacting fansites'''
  +
**The Jagex account for Skype will be logged in while Mod Matthe is in the office.
  +
**Jagex will support setting up (but not running) a cooperative environment with other fansites
  +
***Extend the affiliation that we once used to deal with.
  +
**Brought upon by the closure of the Jagex hosted wiki and we will work together in the future with other fansites.
  +
*'''Support for the 2007 OSRS Wiki'''
  +
**This is being looked into and Mod Balance will talk to Mod Mat K and Mod Ronan for the information and support they need.

'''Comment''' - I am available Tuesday and Thursday 6pm-11pm ( US Central Time ) and can probs do Wednesday anytime after 2pm (US Central time). Friday is a no-go for me as I have to get ready for work as soon as I get out of classes. {{User:TyA/sig}} 12:20, April 16, 2015 (UTC)

''' Comment''' - One thing I would like to clear is that we are still independent, but we wish to work with Jagex closer for the betterment of the wiki. Also, please no more horrible suggestions like titles... It is not something that should come up again. If I am missing any points, please add them. :Friday is a bit meh for me too, since I have to leave for my meeting at 14:30 BST (13:30 UTC) - I think; it might be Thursday at 10:00 BST (9:00 UTC), I'll have to check with my professors. Tuesday and Wednesday are fine at any time (as well as whichever day isn't my meeting). {{Signatures/Gaz Lloyd}} 13:37, April 16, 2015 (UTC)

'''Follow up''' - A lite API (or whatever you want to call it) could work fine. We've done fine with what we do now. I'm really more concerned about having good organization planned ahead of an update. I don't care if we get pages made with nothing more than a name, infobox, and a single sentence. It's extremely helpful to have a place to put the information even if we don't know what that information is. I just hate when we have unhelpful junk pages for new items that haven't had articles created yet. Literally nothing but a name would be extremely helpful, but we should try to get a bit more if we can. One solution would be we could have articles written ahead of time but not actually created until a time Jagex deems fit (perhaps when the newspost for the item is out).

Skill theory and other analytics I can understand not revealing. It probably would take some fun out of the game. We don't want to put Mr G W out of business! Some interaction with our theories might be nice though. Something like "you guys are spot on" or "nope, still missing a key component". In my opinion, validating our work like that might actually make such experiments and studies more engaging and fun.

I'm surprised titles were discussed. I much prefer "Crusader", it's pretty much the perfect title for me. Besides, there are several people who would probably qualify for whatever criteria is set for "the Wikian" that I simply would not want to have the title. {{Signatures/The Mol Man}} 16:21, April 28, 2015 (UTC)
'''Comment''' - Unfortunately, I'm really busy all of that week between work and other commitments (there's a possibility I might end up with some free time, but I'm not able to promise anything). I'm happy to provide a list of requests, but as this is a preliminary meeting perhaps it's best to limit what we ask of them to more general queries. {{User:Cqm/Signature|22:08, 16 Apr 2015 (UTC)}}

'''Comment''' - I listened to the audio yesterday morning (thanks whoever it was that posted it in the skype channel), but I don't recall hearing any mention of future meetings or even a way to follow up on our requests. '''Comment''' - Hey all, I'm a games community staff member here at Wikia and we'd love to have one of our team sit in on this meeting to answer questions if you'll have us. We wouldn't be wrangling it in any way, just there to provide answers/help should the need arise. We'll be able to work around whatever time you decide on.

'''Comment''' - Cook mentioned something about potentially moving host to Jagex. Disregarding whatever stunt/backstab/thing Jagex pulls, how exactly would that foster relations with other fansites?
