The fountain of energy is found at the Memorial to Guthix, where players may unlock and activate up to four buffs simultaneously. It can also be used to prestige in the Distraction and Diversion. 1,000 memory strands can be used to reset the selection cooldown of prestige perks by using the "Unlock-selection" option.
