Fragment arrows detail

Fragment arrows are arrows fletched from bronze arrows and ascension fragments. Despite the claim that they are equal to royal bolts, they actually act like bronze ammo but randomly add between approximately 460 to 720 damage to each hit, after the damage is calculated. This makes the hits lower than expected from level 80 ammo, but they're more consistent. They require a Ranged level of 50 to use. They cannot be retrieved by Ava's devices, and are also lost on death.
