Changes: Giant nib

The giant nib is a quest item used the Throne of Miscellania quest. Players must obtain it in order to construct a pen large enough for King Vargas to sign a peace treaty with Etceteria.

Derrik, the Miscellanian blacksmith, will be able to make a giant nib once provided with an iron bar. Players are then able to use the giant nib with any set of logs in order to make a giant pen.
