A Gilded mahogany dresser is a piece of furniture that can be built in the Bedroom of a player-owned house with the Construction skill. Male players can choose between eight different beard types, nine hair types and twelve colours while female players can choose between ten different hair styles and thirteen colours from this dresser.

Female players can choose between the following hairstyles: Bald, Bun, Dreadlocks, Long, Short, Pigtails, Crazy Spikes, Spikes, Crew cut, and Close-Cropped. They can also choose from these colours: Dark Brown, White, Military Grey, Dark Grey, Orange, Yellow, Light Brown, Brown, Turquoise, Green, Vermilion, Purple, and Black.

Building a gilded dresser requires at least 74 Construction, 2 Mahogany Planks, 2 Molten Glass and 1 Gold Leaf, or it can be bought as a flatpack at the Grand Exchange, which requires no construction level. Note that a saw and a hammer is still needed to place it in the bedroom.

A flatpack for a gilded dresser could once also be obtained as a level 3 Clue scroll reward. That is the reason why they are relatively cheap; they are much cheaper than the gold leaf needed to create one. However, flatpacks can no longer be obtained from Treasure Trails, and as a result the supply has reduced considerably.
