Giuseppe claims to be one of the bank's most successful employees, and has earned the rank of "5 Star Clerk" and two-time "Clerk of the Month" for his role in the bank. He helps to expand on the bank's shift system, and also mentions that technology tested by the dwarves of the Keldagrim bank branch helps to make this process more efficient.
Giuseppe also mentions another local banker by the name of Claudio, with whom he is on good terms.
