Glaiven boots are one of the three boots which were released at the same time as Ritual of the Mahjarrat quest, with the other two boots being the Steadfast boots & Ragefire boots. They are dropped by Glacors after you have completed the quest, although the quest is not required to wear them. You need 75 Defence and Ranged to wear them.
The Glaiven boots have the highest ranged attack bonus of any boots in the game, surpassing the Ranger boots by 2 points. The defence bonus surpasses ranger boots by 1 point, except for range which remains the same.
