A glowing wisp is a tier 4 wisp harvested in the divination skill. Upon being harvested, it will transform into a glowing spring from which glowing memories and glowing energy may be gathered.
Each harvest of a glowing wisp yields 4 divination experience, 8 if an enriched glowing memory is harvested.
